A trip along the most beautiful river banks, stone-chipping gorges and canyons full of vexatious thornbushes...

A small selection from a whole year on the road with the world’s best and most notorious white-water paddlers. Over that period I spend every day en route with the world’s best kayakers, sleeping in a tent next to rivers, cooking our meals on a fuel-stove or a camp fire and hunting together for the best white water pictures – from Corsica in France, up to the freaking polar-circle and back to the northern mountains of Greece. Equipped with my climbing gear, a machete and an anti-mosquito spray, I made my access to photo locations in steep canyons, with a tyrolienne over abyssal gorges and rappelling down into scary deep ghyll’s, where probably nobody been before.

You can imagine how many pictures I created during this intense time on the road - shooting almost every day. Enjoy this wide portfolio taking place at the most infamous rivers across Europe.
